Alan's Famous Ribs
What started in the parking lot of a store in Branson West has become one of biggest hits at Big Buoys - Alan's Famous Ribs. No one knows how to smoke pork ribs better than Alan. If you're looking for a special treat this summer, be sure to drop by and pick up a savory slab of Alan's very best BBQ!
Each slab of ribs is hand crafted from start to finish. Slow cooked with genuine ozark hardwoods in a specially designed smoker right on the shore and finished with Alan's secret seasonings.

Big Buoys is kickS off the 2010 season on Memorial Day Weekend, We might even open before that if the weather permits. So, come on down to the lake and enjoy some of the best bar-b-que on Table Rock Lake. Our season runs through Labor Day Weekend, maybe longer if the weather permits. Give is a call!
